Here we go! Anticipation!

Well, as I cruise into week 40 here on Sunday the anticipation is just unreal. I am beginning to think people don't want me at work because all I hear is "are you still here?" as I waddle down the hall. I am feeling great though, I didn't make it this far with Tanner, he was a week and a half early. We keep wondering if this baby will roll in with a Steelers victory on Sunday, you just never can tell. I am just loving up my belly and feeling the baby move all around, there really is just nothing like it! It is so funny though, any time we don't answer the phone or get right back to friends and family they are convinced we are at the hospital. So...no new baby Reffner yet, we wait with excitement and joy knowing that our family is about to grow in size and in love.

Go Steelers! We had a Steeler day at school today! I was pretty pleased I managed to Squ-eeze into my jersey...barely! We had a Kindergarten pep rally at the end of the day, so fun!

So much to do....enjoying every minute!

Well, as my pregnancy is coming to an end I just can't believe our new little one is going to be here soon. This pregnancy has been so different, just so much busier with Tanner here and I guess not as much time to sit and daydream about the baby. It has really just flown by! We have a big remodeling project for Tanner's new room, and you guessed it, PENN STATE proud! It has been fun doing his room and it is almost there! I have been washing clothes, but only the green and yellow ones for now! Oh, I don't even have my hospital bag packed, I am so Type B. I am enjoying thinking about our family of 3 turning to 4 and loving up my belly for as long as I can. I am one of those people that really misses it when it is gone and the feeling of the baby moving all around in there. It is the most protected and the safest your baby will ever be.

We had a wonderful holiday, filled with family and friends and love. I enjoyed watching Tanner be oblivious to it all and thinking about how different next year will be when the magic of Christmas will mean more to him. I can't believe it is the middle of January and I am just writing about Christmas but I guess I have a good excuse.

O' Christmas Tree

Opening my presents on Christmas Morning.

I was so excited to see my Uncle Josh!

Checkin' out Pappy's trains.

Here is to another great year of more firsts and a wish of happiness to all. I can't begin to imagine what the next few months holds for my family but I can't wait!
